Product Details
Narrow Roll Metalized Lamination is a functional thin film material supplied in a narrow roll form with a metallic luster on the surface. It forms a nano level metal layer on a polymer substrate through processes such as vacuum aluminum plating, and then combines precision coating with a protective layer to achieve both metallic texture and film flexibility. It is designed specifically for small batch and customized application scenarios.

core features
Flexible specifications: The width is usually between 300mm and 1200mm, suitable for desktop level processing equipment and manual operation, suitable for sampling and small batch production.
Metallized surface: presenting high reflectivity mirror, brushed or dazzling optical effects, visually similar to metal, but lighter in weight and lower in cost.
Composite structure: mostly a multi-layer structure of "substrate+metal layer+adhesive layer+release paper", with ready to use (unwinding and pasting) or secondary processing (requiring hot pressing composite).
Typical application scenarios
Identification and decoration: instrument panel labels, electronic product decorative strips, narrow border stickers.
Cultural and creative industries and packaging: DIY handmade film pasting, gift narrowband packaging, special labels.
Industrial narrowband applications: cable shielding layer, partial encapsulation of electronic components, narrow edge sealing strips.
Key points of process and selection
Substrate types: commonly used PET (polyester), BOPP (polypropylene) or CPP (cast polypropylene), determine the material's temperature resistance and mechanical properties.
Definition of width: In industry, rolls with a width of ≤ 1.2m are usually classified as "narrow width" to distinguish them from large-scale industrial rolls with a width of 1.5m or more.
Processing method: Supports die-cutting, slitting, hot stamping, or direct bonding, suitable for flexible production needs with short lead times and multiple varieties.
